MedisecTRUST Digital Dictation pilot and pricing

A fully operational pilot scheme is available for £8,000.  There are 2 funding options for a full Trustwide roll out:

• Rental – monthly, quarterly or annual payment for a Trustwide licence
• Capital – plus ongoing maintenance and support fee
• Quote on application.

With both options, the Trust is free to obtain the best price for the Digital Dictation hardware independently.

How we work

1. Commercial fact find – we establish your requirements and ensure there is a fit commercially and technically
2. Technical fact find – we confirm the technical solution e.g. HL7 interfaces
3. Pilot implementation – we implement a thorough pilot to remove procurement risk and build up knowledge
4. Full system deployment – we go live with the Pilot Group
5. Measure and monitor – we measure success against pre agreed Critical Success Factors
6. Training – we train the Pilot Group and all Trust support staff ready for roll out
7. Final testing – we put the system and interfaces through rigorous final testing prior to signoff
