Terry Waring

Terry started with Medisec in 2018. His role as  Implementation Specialist requires attention to detail and adherence to standards to ensure that our implementations are successful and that we can continuously improve. Documentation, testing and version control are all part of his role to ensure that quality is maintained in every implementation that we undertake.

Georgina Ross

Georgina (George) is the most recent member of our Team working as our Finance and Admin Officer. She worked as a Community Pharmacist – managing at branch level in a large supermarket before moving into Sales & Marketing.

“I enjoy running and last year represented Cheshire at the Inter-Counties Cross-Country Championships. I’m now hoping to do some fell running and having recently been given a Slow Cooker so I should have plenty of time to run before tea!”

Ben Ward

Ben has been with Medisec since 2007 and is one of our Senior Developers. He has an extensive knowledge of ITK and electronic transmission of clinical correspondence.

“I have an interest in car maintenance, mechanics and engineering; And I have rebuilt engines in the past without a Haynes manual!”

William Murinda

William has been with Medisec since 2008. He is one of our Senior Developers and, among other things, is the lead for our Outcome Analysis Reporting tool (also known as KPI).

“I enjoy a mix of jogging and cycling to keep fit although I love cakes, baking and consuming them. Would like to sky dive but haven’t plucked the courage to do so.”

Debi Lees

Debi has several years experience working in a GP practice as IT Manager and a further 10 years working as a Project Manager for  Cheshire & Merseyside CSU. She brings a wealth of industry specific experience, understanding and project management skills

“I recently completed my first 10k at the Winter Run in London and have a medal to prove it. I really enjoy cooking, going to the gym and walking the dog”

Gill Zaki

Previous roles include Company Accountant & Administrator for Kawasaki Robotics UK Ltd and Administrator for medical equipment and accessories supplier Medipost. Gill plays a vital role as part of the company management team in developing and overseeing management systems at Medisec Software.

“I’m interested in art, interior design and have recently started Pilates. I also enjoy spending time with my grandchildren.”

Nick Astles

Nick has 34 years systems development experience in the computing industry, 27 of which have been working with the NHS. His forensic eye for detail, whilst maintaining a strategic approach, makes him an obvious choice as Technical Director.

“I spend most lunchtimes jogging around the Portal Golf Course adjacent to the Business Park where we’re based.”

Ceri Rothwell

Ceri has more than a decade of health sector expertise and has worked for Medisec in business development and project management roles for twelve years.

“I undertook a self-build back in 2013 and lived on-site in a static caravan for 18 months with 1 and 4 year old children.  As a result, I have experience in bricklaying, wastewater, civil/electrical engineering, joinery, interior design and relationship management… to name but a few! “

Jason Brown

Jason started with Medisec in 2017 as a developer. 

“I have a keen interest in health and wellbeing, I train in Krav Maga twice weekly and enjoy a weekly Yoga session to unwind.  I am often to be found taking a 6-10 mile hill walk in the Clwydians given time.  My passions are motorcycling and Italian sportscars”
